Lose That Extra Weight And Get Back Your Ideal BMI, Permanently! ®
Are you trying to lose weight? If you are, please do yourself a favor and truthfully answer the simple questions below:

Have you tried a weight loss system that only give small results or nearly none at all?

Are you tired of exercises and sit ups that only gave you a sore back instead of a flat tummy?

Are diet foods making you cranky, leaving you feeling miserable and with no energy to continue your day?

If your answer is yes to any of the above questions, then you really need a new weight or (actually fat) loss system!

But, is there really a system that is as easy as a "push button" and you will start losing fat and keeps it off permanently?

WELL, NOW THERE IS!!
Now you can:
1.  Have an accelerated fat loss and keeps it off permanently.
And that is really fat loss, not just water loss.
2.  Still able to enjoy those good and tasty foods!
3.  Do exercises less than an hour per week!
   and ultimately:
4.  Have a brand new healthier YOU!
Does this sounds crazy?  But it is true..100% true!
More than 30,000 people had tried it!

Before you start on any diet or weightloss program, you must be clear of your goals.  For example, "I want to lose 30 lbs" or " I want to reduce my weight by 10kg", etc.   How do you decide how much weight to loose?  Simple, for starters, just use a simple "body weight index" also usually known as "bmi".

Basically it is just a simple index that gives you your "bmi" based on your height and weight.   The normal calculation is based on the metric units:

bmi = weight (in kg) / (height (in kg) * height (in kg))         or simply folow these steps:
               i.  get your height in centimeters and times it by your height in centimeters.
ii. then, get your weight in kilograms and divide it by the numbers you got above.

Or if you prefer to calculate them in pounds and inches:
bmi = weight (in lbs) x 708 /(height (in inches) * height (in inches))   or simply follow these steps:
          i.   get you height in inches and times it by your height in inches
ii.  get your weight in pounds and times it by 708.  (the 708 is a conversion to metric)
iii. get your answer from no. (ii) above and divide them by the answer you got from (i).

Or if the above is too much, just get your free copy of "bmi calculator" from the link below.  Just click and save.  This calculator is for reference purposes only and does not take into account the adjustment for age, backgrounds or gender.

If you got a number between 18.5 and 24.9, then you are having an ideal weight.  If 25 and above, you are overweight.  If you got 30 or more, then it is clear, you are FAT!.  Let's face it, you need help to reduce that extra weight.

There is a lot of weight loss products out there.  But the one from Rob and Kalen is the best that I have came across so far.  Why?  Because they have been there and done all that themselves  ( I mean, literally being fat and gone through all that weightloss routine themselves).   Believe me, I am having a bmi of 30+ also!  When I say weight loss, it should not be a temporary water weight loss, where you loss 2 or 3 pounds this week but gain back 4 pounds by the second week!  It should be a permanent fat loss.
